强制性追随:内涵与本质 被引量:4

摘要 强制性追随是指在领导者非正当的直接或间接要求下,追随者被迫表现出的一种角色内行为。通过与强制性公民行为、服从、强制性说服理论、从众和被动追随等相关概念之间的比较可以看出,强制性追随作为一个概念,具有独立存在的意义和价值。在强制性追随概念界定及实证研究等方面仍有待今后进一步探索和完善。对强制性行为的探索,不仅有利于深入了解企业中影响员工身心状况的因素,而且对于如何实现企业和员工的和谐共生,如何推动企业长期的可持续发展具有一定的参考价值。
