摘要
以45#钢为研究对象,在自制的销-环式摩擦磨损试验机上对其在磁场条件下的摩擦磨损性能进行研究。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对磨损表面形貌进行表征。试验结果表明:施加磁场后,试样的摩擦因数和磨损率均显著降低;磨屑在接触表面的堆积及氧化是磁场改善钢铁材料摩擦磨损性能的主要原因。
The wear behaviors of 45 steel were investigated on homemade tester under magnetic field. By using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), the worn surface was analyzed. The result shows that after applying the magnetic field, both the wear rate and the friction coefficient of the sample are decreased ; the accumulation and oxidation of wear debris on the worn surface are the main reasons for the magnetic field to improve the friction and wear properties of steel.
