摘要
目的探讨安全护理在全身麻醉术后的应用效果。方法将200例全身麻醉手术患者随机分成实验组及对照组,实验组采用安全护理,对照组采用传统方法进行护理,观察两组的躁动、疼痛、低氧血症、低温、恶心呕吐的发生率。结果实验组的躁动、疼痛、低氧血症、低温、恶心呕吐发生率低于对照组,护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重视术后恢复室护理安全,并采取恰当防护措施,是确保患者安全的关键。
Objective To investigate application effect of safety nursing after general anesthesia surgery. Methods 200 cases with general anesthesia surgery were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The safety nursing was used in experiment group and nursing with traditional method was applied in control group.The incidence rate of dysphoria,pain,hypoxemia,low temperature,nausea and vomiting in two groups was observed respectively. Results The incidence rate of dysphoria,pain,hypoxemia,low temperature,nausea and vomiting in experiment group was lower than that in control group respectively,satisfaction rate of nursing in experiment group was evidently higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Emphasizing the nursing safety after operation and taking proper safeguard procedures is the key to ensuring the safety of patients.
