摘要
目的 分析乌鲁木齐地区血液非检测原因报废的主要原因,寻求有效措施降低血液报废率.方法 对2010年1月～2013年12月采血及成分制备过程中报废的血液进行统计分析.结果 共有10577袋血液因非检测原因而造成报废,血浆和浓缩血小板是血液成分报废的主要品种,乳糜血和过期（浓缩血小板）报废是造成血液成分报废的主要因素.2010年1月～2013年12月由于非检测不合格原因造成的报废血量总体呈上升趋势.结论 完善质量管理体系,血液采集、成分制备、血液储存和后勤管理多阶段多部门配合,尽量减少不必要的血液报废,使宝贵的血液资源得以充分利用.
Objective To analysis the main causations of non-normal situation scrapped of blood products in Urumqi blood center and explore the effective measures of reducing the blood condemnation rate. Methods The data of nonnormal blood scrapping in the blood center from January 2010 to December 2013 were classified statically to analyze the causations. Results A total of 10577 bags of blood components were scrapped because of non-normal blood scrapping.Plasma and platelet concentrates were the main varieties of blood component scrapped.Chylemia blood and platelet concentrates expired scrap were the main factors that had caused the blood component scrap.Non-normal blood scrapping in Urumqi blood center increased from January 2010 to December 2013. Conclusion The quality management system should be improved,blood collection,preparation of components,blood storage and logistics management of multistage multi-sector should be complementary,to make full use of the precious resources of blood,as far as possible to reduce unnecessary blood scrap.
