摘要
介绍一种利用光电传感器、STM32单片机以及电子秤测定四旋翼无人飞行机器人旋翼升力系数的方法.该方法主要利用杠杆原理测量旋翼的升力.光电传感器当检测到旋翼的时候就会触发STM32相应的中断,从而计数测量旋翼的转速,最后通过得到的升力和旋翼的转速测得旋翼的升力系数.实验证明:该系统结构简单,成本低廉,测量准确,适用于航模以及各类微小型飞行器旋翼升力系数的测定.
This article describes a method to rapidly measure the coefficient of the rotor lift force for the flying robot based on STM32 ,photoelectric sensor and electronic balance. This system mainly uses the lever principle to measure the rotor lift. The STM32 is triggered the interrupt to count to measure the rotor speed when the photoelectric sensor detects the rotor. At last the coefficient is acquired by the lift and the speed of the rotor. The experiments prove that the system is simple, low-cost and can detect the coefficient accurately. Moreover, the system is suitable for the determination of all kinds of microminiature spacecraft rotor lift coefficient.
