采空区遗煤自燃环境信息识别及预报指标确定 被引量:11

Identification of information on spontaneous combustion environment for coal in goaf and determination of forecast indexes

摘要 为可靠预报采空区遗煤自燃,提出采空区遗煤自燃环境信息识别及预报指标确定方法。将此方法应用于耿村矿13210工作面。研究结果表明:在低温阶段,采空区煤的温度低于其自热温度,宜以CO体积分数为煤自燃预报指标,采空区、上隅角、顶板巷CO体积分数的预报阈值分别为136.2×10-6,157×10-6和47.4×10-6。高温阶段煤的加热试验,结果表明,C3H8,C2H4或C2H2任一气体出现,说明采空区浮煤温度已经高于100℃,采空区煤的氧化处于快速发展阶段。 For the sake of forecasting reliably spontaneous combustion of coal in goal, a method was worked out for identifying information on spontaneous combistion environment for coal in goal and determining the forecast indexes. The method was applied to the working face 13210 of Yugengcun coal mine. The results show that in low temperature stage, temperature of coal in goal is below coal self-heating temperature, it is suitable to take CO volume fraction as the forecast index, and that threshold values of index for the goal, upper corner , and roof tunnel are 136.2 ×10^ -6,157 × 10 ^-6, and 47.4 × 10^ -6 respectively. The results of coal sample heating experiment indicate that any of three hydrocabons, Call8 ,C2H4, and C2H2, is evidence that temperature of coal in goaf has been above 100℃, and it has been in a fast oxidation stage.
