食管癌根治性放疗照射范围的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 食管癌发病居全世界恶性肿瘤第8位，每年新发食管癌患者约40万，其中50％以上发病在我国。由于其前期发病隐匿性，多数患者在临床就诊时已为中晚期，失去了手术治疗机会，放疗成为非手术治疗食管癌患者的主要治疗方法。食管癌放疗靶区的勾画仍存在较大争议，尤其是食管癌根治性放疗患者是否需要进行ENI，目前尚无统一共识。现就食管癌根治性放疗不同照射范围的相关文献进行综述。
