摘要
目的:研究在老年住院患者跌倒预防中采用预见性护理的临床效果。方法:选取2013年11月-2014年4月笔者所在医院收治的65岁以上住院患者200例为观察组,对其应用预见性护理进行干预,同时以2013年1-10月200例住院行常规护理的老年患者为对照组,行对比研究,对跌倒发生率、患者的护理满意度进行比较。结果:观察组高危患者评估率为75.5%,与对照组的73.0%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组200例患者中未出现意外跌倒患者,对照组出现3例,跌倒率为1.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度为99.0%,明显高于对照组的86.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理能够对跌倒高危患者进行合理评估,通过采取一系列有效措施可以降低老年患者的跌倒率,同时能够提高患者的护理满意度,在今后相关临床中应广泛推广。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of predictive nursing in the prevention of hospitalized elderly patients falls.Method： More than 65 years old 200 cases of hospitalized patients were selected in our hospital from November 2013 to April 2014 as the observation group,the application of predictive nursing intervention on it,200 cases of routine care of elderly patients were selected from January 2013 to October 2013 as the control group,for comparative study,comparative content included the incidence of falls and the patient＇s nursing satisfaction.Result：The high risk patients of the observation group patient＇assessment rate was no significant difference between 75.5% and 73.0% in the control group（P〉0.05）.200 patients in the observation group without falling acciden cases,the control group had 3 cases,fall rate was 1.5%,there was significant differences（P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction of the observation group was 99.0%,wa significantly higher than that of the control group（86.5%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Foreseeing nursing can estimate fall in high-risk patients,and can be taken to reduce the fall rate in elderly patients by adopting a series of effective measures,and to improve nursing satisfaction o patients,should be widely promoted in the future clinical practice.
