摘要
开放式创新从提出之日起,就受到了越来越多学者和企业家们的注意。学者们对开放式创新研究的内容涉及开放式创新概念、内涵、组织形式、知识管理和风险、知识产权及绩效等多个视角。但很少有学者从公司治理方面来分析开放式创新。基于此,本文从企业高管的视角,以开放式创新理论为基础,深入分析企业中高管团队特征对开放式创新的影响,并构建一个影响模型来说明其在组织选择、实施开放式创新战略时的具体影响。
Open innovation has attracted more and more attention of scholars and entrepreneurs since the term was proposed. Researchs implemented by the method of combination of the interpretative data with mutative amount and content analysis have shown that open innovation is more adapted to the complex globalizing and knowledgeable modern era than the traditional closed innovation. Since professor Chesbrough put for- ward the term "open innovation" formally in 2003, the number of researchs has increased steadily year by year associated with the open innovation from different perspectives, such as: conception, connotation, organizational form, knowledge management and risk, intel- lectual property rights and performance. However, there are few researchs from the aspect of corporate governance. Based on that, we conducted the research building on the open innovation theory from the point of top management team, and found that various characteristics of the top management team have a major im- pact on the selection and implementation of open innovation strategy.
