摘要 膨胀管技术主要应用于套损井的修复,具有悬挂力大,补贴强度高,密封能力强,抗内压、外压大,通径大等特点。为了改善膨胀管管体的抗挤压性能、提高套管补贴效果,通过试验分析了膨胀管膨胀力的主要影响因素,得到膨胀锥角度与膨胀率、膨胀压力的关系、润滑介质与膨胀压力的关系。在此基础上提出了膨胀配合公差带的膨胀管设计方法,并通过试验对设计的膨胀管的悬挂力和封压进行了测试,测试结果满足目前的套管补贴要求。 Expandable tubular technology is mainly applied to casing damage wells repair, and it has plenty offeatures as flying force, subsidies for high strength, sealing ability, resistance to internal pressure and externalpressure, sizes and so on. In order to improve the expansion tubularpressure resistance and the effect of casing, themain affecting factors of expansion pressure were anal, zecl through experiments. The relationships between the ex-pansion cone angle and expansion rate, that between the expansion cone angle and expansion pressure, and that be-tween expansion pressure and lubrication media were revealed. Based on these conclusions, an expandable tubulardesign method of fitting tolerance range was proposed.The hangingforces and sealing pressures of designed expand-ed tubular were tested, and the results met the requirements of current casing.
