有机改性对掺Dy^(3+)铁氧体纳米磁颗粒性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Organically Surface Modification on Properties of Dy^(3+)-doped Ferrite Magnetic Nanoparticles

摘要 采用共沉淀-相转化法制备出纳米级掺Dy3+铁氧体磁颗粒。选择阴离子表面活性剂月桂酸、月桂酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠对磁颗粒进行了在线表面改性,得到磁性能和表面性能不同的复合纳米磁性材料,研究了活性剂及其用量对产物构建成分、相结构、磁性能的影响。TEM图片显示磁颗粒的形貌多数为类球形,平均粒径约18 nm;XRD图谱分析发现,活性剂及其用量不同,得到的产物其构建成分、相结构也不同;VSM测试结果表明,用月桂酸改性的产物磁性能最优、十二烷基硫酸钠改性者磁性能最差,产物室温下的饱和磁化强度(MS)随活性剂用量的增大呈现出降低的变化规律。 The Dy3+-doped ferrite magnetic nanoparticles were prepared by coprecipitation-phase transfer method. lauric acid, laurel acid sodium and lauryl sodium sulfate were used to modify the surface of nanoparticles. And nanosized complex magnetic materials obtained had different magnetic properties and surface properties. The effect of different surfactants and amount on the phase composition, structure and magnetic properties of the products were investigated. The TEM photographs showed that the average diameter of the magnetic particles is ca. 18 nm, and the morphology is mainly spherical. XRD patterns showed that phase compositions and structure of products were different with different surfactants and amount. VSM test results showed that the product modified with lauric acid have excellent magnetic properties, the products modified with laurel acid sodium and lauryl sodium sulfate have poor magnetic properties, and the saturation magnetization surfactants at room temperature. ( Ms ) of the samples decreases with increasing amount of surfactants at rppm temperature.
