新型铱配合物组氨酸荧光传感器性质探析

摘要 根据铱配合物1-CF3SO3与组氨酸可以特异性结合并产生强荧光的特性,建立了一种定量检测组氨酸的新方法.缓冲体系类型对1-CF3SO3和组氨酸共同产生的荧光影响不大,体系荧光在混合反应50 min后趋于稳定.体系的荧光强度与组氨酸浓度在1.0 ~13.0 μmol范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为0.3 μmol.同时通过加标回收的方法研究了该方法的准确性,为组氨酸的定量分析提供了一种新的方法. In this paper, based on the characters that the interaction of iridium complex and histidine can emit a strong fluorescence, a quantitavie analysis method for histidine had been developed. The experimental results showed that the strongest fluorescence intensity could be reached under the follow- ing condition: iridium complex/hisditine = 1/4, neutral reaction medium and 50 min reaction time. Under the optimized conditions, the fluorescence intensities of the system had a linear relationship with the histidine concentration in the range of 1.0 ~13.0 μmol with the detection limit of 0.3 μmol. The accuracy of the method was also studied by spiking recovery method for quantitative histidine provides a new method to analyze.
