摘要
目的 分析新型农村合作医疗制度下老年人的医疗需求以及医疗服务利用情况.方法 在北京市选取6个区、县,每个区、县随机选取15～20名老年人进行调查.结果 老年人健康状况总体较好,但是大都患有不同的慢性病,而且治疗率较低.老年人在就医时倾向于选择大医院,老年人的自我治疗比例较高.结论 完善门诊报销制度,政策应向慢性病老年人倾斜,完善家庭、社区医生制度.
OBJECTIVE To analyse the medical demand and the medical service utilization of the aged under the new rural cooperative medical system. METHODS The survey select 6 districts in Beijing and then radomly select 15-20 old people. RESULTS The general health status wa good, but all had different chronic disease and had low treatment rate. The aged preter to go to the hospital. The aged often self-treament. CONCLUSIONS The outpatient reimbursement system need to be improved and benefit more to the chronic patient, improve the system of community physicians and family physicians.
