摘要
调架油缸是超前液压支架重要的调节部件,由于在使用过程中损坏率频繁,给生产带来了诸多不便。对调架油缸进行了受力分析,找出了油缸损坏的主要原因之一为失稳变形,并针对调架油缸的失稳变形提出了可以提高稳定临界载荷的改进方案和计算了改进后的稳定临界载荷。
Adjustable oil cylinder is the important adjusting unit of the advanced hydraulic support However, it leads to lots of inconvenience in production because of the frequent damage in the process of adjustable oil cylinder use. The present study provides a force analysis of the adjustable oil cylinder, and finds out that buckling deformation is one of the major reasons that lead to the damage of oil cylinder. Aiming at solve the buckling deformation of the adjustable oil cylinder, the present study puts forward the improvement plan which can improve the stability critical load, and calculates the improved stability critical load.
