阴囊汗腺癌1例报告并文献复习

摘要 目的探讨阴囊汗腺癌病理特点、鉴别诊断、治疗和预后。方法回顾性分析1例阴囊汗腺癌的临床资料,总结汗腺癌的临床特点、治疗方法及预后。结果阴囊汗腺癌临床表现缺乏特异性,多表现为皮肤局部包块,早期明确诊断有一定困难临床特点。通过临床症状结合病理检查确诊。手术是其主要治疗手段。预后较差。结论汗腺癌应尽量做到早期诊断,早期积极行肿瘤切除加区域淋巴结清扫术,辅以放疗和化疗以提高生存率。
