摘要
镁合金的塑性行为和综合力学性能强烈依靠组织的细化。介绍了等径角挤压细化金属材料的技术原理,阐述了等径角挤压对镁合金组织和性能的影响,分析了镁合金等径角挤压变形组织细化机理,指出镁合金等径角挤压存在的问题和研究方向,进一步指出等径角挤压对促进镁合金广泛应用的意义和作用。
Plastic behavior and comprehensive mechanical properties of magnesium alloys heavily depend on structure refinement. In the article, the refinement principles of metal materials by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) is described; the effects of ECAP on the microstructure and properties of magnesium alloys are elaborated; the refinement mechanism of magnesium alloy ECAP is analyzed; problem and research direction of magnesium alloy ECAP are pointed out; and ECAP significance and role in promoting the wide application of magnesium alloy are indicated.
