摘要
目的为了延长中药保留灌肠液在肠道内保留时间。方法选取符合诊断标准的慢性盆腔炎患者120例,随机分为两组各60例,对照组常规采用妇炎灵Ⅲ号中药保留灌肠,治疗组加用耳穴贴压法配合中药保留灌肠。观察中药液在肠道内的保留时间的长短。结果观察组药液在肠道内保留时间长于对照组,具有非常显著的意义(P<0.01),总有效率治疗组97%,对照组83%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示耳位贴压法配合中药保留灌肠疗效明显。结论耳位贴压法配合中药保留灌肠能延长中药在肠道内保留时间,提高慢性盆腔炎的治愈率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To prolong using Chinese medicine keep pouring in retention time in the gut. Methods Selecting diagnosis standard of 120 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in the control group routine use Chinese medicine Fuyanling Ⅲ retention enema, the observation group used auricular application pressure retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine. Observed in the length of retention time of solution in the gut. Results Observation group solution in intestinal retention time is longer than the control group, has very significant meaning（P〈 0.01）.the total effective rate in Observation group is 97%, and 83% in control group, two groups total effective rate comparison, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）,suggesting ears stick pressure of the traditional Chinese medicine retention enema method with curative effect is obvious. Conclusion Ear stick pressure of the traditional Chinese medicine retention enema method with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） can extend in the in-testinal tract retention time, improve the cure rate of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
