摘要
食管癌术后的营养支持是维持患者基本新陈代谢和促进患者康复、预防术后并发症的重要手段。随着肠外营养技术和对肠内营养的认识的进步,我们对于食管癌患者的营养支持手段日益渐多。本文就目前在临床中广泛使用的营养支持技术的研究背景和临床应用研究简要综述。
Patients with esophageal carcinoma postoperative nutritional support to maintain basic metabolism and promoting rehabilitation, prevention of postoperative complications of patients with an important means. As the technology of parenteral nutrition and Enteral nutrition awareness of progress, our nutritional support of the patients with esophageal cancer means more and more. Based on the widely used in clinical nutritional support of technical background and clinical studies are reviewed.
