摘要
目的探讨疏血通联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将135例急性脑梗死患者按随机数字表法分为疏血通组、依达拉奉组和联合用药组三组,所有患者每天常规服用100 mg阿司匹林肠溶片,辛伐他汀片20mg,疏血通组采用疏血通静脉滴注,每天1次,依达拉奉组采用依达拉奉静脉滴注,每天2次;联合用药组采用疏血通联合依达拉奉静脉滴注,14 d为1个疗程。患者住院治疗14d进行疗效比较。结果 45例疏血通组中有效率为80.0%,45例依达拉奉组中,有效率为77.8%,45例联合用药组中有效率为95.5%。联合用药组临床疗效与其他两组比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05),联合用药组疗效最好。结论疏血通联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效显著,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shuxuetong combined with Edaravone on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods The 135 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into three groups,Shuxuetong Group,Edaravone Group, Combination Group. Each group comprised of 45 cases. Regularly Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets （100 mg） and Simvastatin tablets （20 mg） were given daily to all patients. Intravenous infusion of Edaravone were given twice a day in Edaravone Group, meanwhile the intravenous infusion of Shuxuetong was given once a day in Shuxuetong Group; intravenous infusion of Edaravone combined with Shuxuetong were given for 14 days as a course of treatment. The clinical curative effects were compared after 14 days of hospitalization. Results Effective rate in Edaravone Group ,Shuxuetong group and combination group were 77.8%,80.0% and 95.5%,showing statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05） between combination group and the other two groups. Therefore, drug combination had the best effect. Conclusion The curative effect of combination therapy of Shuxuetong and Edaravone on acute cerebral infarction is marked and safer.
