指长比与儿童自闭症——兼论自闭症“极端男性脑”理论及启示 被引量:2

摘要 人类指长比常用食指指长(2D)和环指指长(4D)的比值来表示,是公认的产前雄性激素活动的生物学指标。研究表明,指长比与自闭症存在密切关系,对自闭症的早期诊断和干预有重要价值。本文对自闭症指长比研究及与此相关的"极端男性脑"理论的相关研究进行了总结,分析其对教育的启示及未来的研究方向,希望为自闭症的成因研究、早期发现和干预研究提供启示,以使人们对自闭症有更全面的认识。 The digit ratio,the ratio of the lengths of the second and fourth fingers( 2D: 4D),is a widely accepted biological indicator for prenatal androgen activities. Research has found that the digit ratio is closely correlated with autism,and is of great value to the early diagnosis of and the interventions in autism. This article reviews the research into the digit ratio from those with autism and the "Extreme Male Brain Theory,"and analyzes their enlightenment on education and the future research trends,hoping to give implications to the study of the cause of autism and early detection and interventions.
