摘要
对目前我国水资源现状进行简要概述,说明工业用水及水资源不足的情况。指出我国目前工业用水存在节水标准不健全、重复利用率低、废水排放量大等问题。为解决这些问题,我国需要制定完善工业节水标准规范以及约束工业用水,企业需要增加循环利用率,改进冷却技术,加强工业废水的处理力度,调整工业结构和淘汰落后产能。通过国家政策的约束和企业的节水措施,降低我国工业用水量,促进工业的可持续发展。
The paper presents the current situation of water resources in China and the shortage of industrial water and water resources. However, the problems about industrial water savingare existing in China, such as non-perfect water-saving standard, low water recycle rate and large amount of waste water discharge. In order to solve those problems, an overall industrial water-saving code of China is to be established to regulate the utilization of industrial water, and industrial enterprises shall increase the utilization rate of recycled water, improve the cooling techniques and industrial waste water treating technique, adjust the industrial structure and eliminate backward production capacity. Restraining the consumption of industrial water by the government＆#39;s regulations and taking proper water-saving measures by industrial enterprises can reduce the consumption of industrial water in China to support the sustainable development of the industry of China.
