摘要
高额拆迁补偿产生了许多"一夜暴富"的农民,并由此产生了"拆二代"这一新兴的社会群体。看似获益匪浅的举措背后却隐藏巨大的疑问:谁真正受益?文章简要分析高额拆迁补偿产生原因及其影响,并以此提出政府应转变职能、遵循市场规律确定自我的市场角色定位、转变社会管理方式重建政府的社会诚信、创新补偿方式、市场职业引导以及积极倡导文明生活方式,让被拆迁农民从"一夜暴富"转变为"一生幸福"。
The high compensation has resuted many rich farmers overnight and ＂the second generation＂But there is a important question behind this：who is the real beneficiary？This article briefly analyzes the cause of the high compensation and its influence.Inorder to make farmers lifetime happiness the government should transform its func-tion, follow the market rules to determine the role of self , change the mode of social management to restore social faith, innovate the mode of government compensation , market professional guidance , and initiate the way of civi-lized life.
