摘要
为满足短工期的要求,结合上海外高桥第二发电厂2×900MW机组烟气脱硝改造(EPC)工程项目的特点,分析计划控制的关键要素,采用边设计、边采购、边施工的"三边方法"项目管理模式,运用甘特图编制计划,制定进度控制措施。通过理论与实践的相结合,总结出一套有效的脱硝改造项目的计划实施方法。
In order to meet the requirements of short duration, with second Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Plant 2×900 MW units flue gas denitriffication transformation （EPC） characteristics of the engineering project, the analysis of key elements of the control plan, design, procurement, construction of the ＂three way＂ project management mode, using the Gantt chart planning, scheduling control measures, through the combination of theory and practice and summed up a set of effective implementation method of denitration project plan.
