摘要
二次型Boost PFC变换器仅使用一个开关管即可实现与占空比成平方关系的电压增益,实现宽输入电压,其在新能源领域具有广阔的发展前景。本文对二次型Boost PFC工作原理进行了详细分析,采用状态空间等效模型,对二次型Boost PFC变换器的工作模态进行分析,建立相应的扰动模型。根据两个电感电流,对二次型Boost PFC变换器的工作区域进行划分,为其参数设计和控制采样信号提供理论依据,为变换器的分析和应用奠定了基础。通过样机实验验证了理论的正确性。
Only one switch can be realized with a squared duty cycle proportional of the voltage gain and achieve wide input voltage for quadratic Boost PFC converter, which has broad prospects for development in the field of new energy. In this paper,For a detailed analysis of the quadratic Boost PFC so we take equivalent state space model to establish corresponding disturbance model and divide quadratic Boost PFC converter work zoning that analysis work model of Quadratic Boost PFC converter.Providing a theoretical basis for the parameters design and control of the sampled signal and Laid the foundation for the analysis and application of the converter. Finally, By prototype experiments verify the correctness of the theory.
