摘要
目的：观察中医综合疗法治疗脑瘫的疗效。方法：将90例脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组（45例）和对照组（45例），两组患儿均给予神经发育学疗法、脑细胞营养药物等综合康复治疗，观察组则在综合康复治疗基础上给予中医综合疗法，观察两组患儿治疗前后粗大运动功能量表（GMFM）及发育商（DQ）的改善情况。结果：观察组总有效率、GMFM评分、DQ均高于对照组（P＜0.05、P＜0.01）。结论：中医综合疗法治疗脑瘫疗效显著，安全方便，值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of TCM comprehensive therapy for children with cerebral palsy. Methods：90 cases of children with ce-rebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group （45 cases） and control group （45 cases）, both groups were treated by comprehensive reha-bilitation therapy including neurodevelopment therapy and brain cell nutritive medication, while observation group by TCM comprehensive therapy on the basis of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, and observe the improvement of the gross motor function measure （GMFM） and developmental quotient （DQ） before and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate, GMFM score and DQ of observation group were all higher than those of control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion：TCM comprehensive therapy which is safe and convenient has significant curative effect on cerebral pal-sy and deserves clinical promotion and application.
