摘要
本研究的主要内容是探索一种低成本、高性能的永磁同步电动机(PMSM)定子铁芯设计和制造方法,创新设计出双列并排的链式对插结构,使定子铁芯材料利用率大幅度提高,降低成本。通过增加定子铁芯工作面的辅助槽,降低齿槽转矩和振动噪音,实现性能进一步的优化与提高。论文通过举例,充分说明这种设计和制造方法,不仅提高电机性能,而且大幅降低电机成本,便于变频电机在家电行业的普及。
The primary goal of the research is to explore a kind of low cost, high efficient for stator core design and manufacturing methods of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM). Innovation design of double row side by side chain on the structure, make the stator core greatly improve material utilization, reduce the cost. By adding the auxiliary slot of stator core, reduce cogging torque and vibration noise,and improve the performance by further optimization. In this paper, by this example, it fully shows that this design and manufacturing method, not only improve the performance of the motor, but also significantly reduce the cost and facilitate frequency conversion motor to use in home appliance industry.
