摘要
利用郑58/昌7-2构建的156个玉米F2:3家系为作图群体,在100 mmol/L Na2CO3溶液的碱性胁迫下进行玉米苗期耐碱性鉴定,并利用SSR标记构建的分子遗传连锁图谱进行QTL分析。采用复合区间作图法共检测到4个与玉米苗期耐碱率相关的QTL,分布于第2、5、7条染色体上,单个QTL可解释的表型贡献率范围为1.1%~8.6%。所检测到的4个QTL的增益等位基因均来自于耐碱亲本郑58。
To identify and characterize the effects of quantitative trait loci(QTLs) underlying alkaline tolerance at seedling stage in maize, an F2:3 population from the cross between Zheng58 and Chang7-2 was developed. The 156 F3 lines were evaluatedfor alkaline tolerance rating(ATR) under 100 mmol/LNa2CO3 alkaline stress. Genotypes were determined for 156 F2 plants using simple sequence repeats(SSRs) markers. Atotal of 4 QTLs for ATR were identified using composite interval mapping(CIM) analysis. Four QTLs were located on chromosome 2, 5 and 7. The observed phenotypic variation explained by each QTL ranged from 1.1% to 8.6%. Gain alleles for all loci were from Zheng58.
