摘要
针对目前国内真空助力器性能检测设备只能检测输入输出特性及密封性的问题,设计了一套BA功能真空助力器综合性能检测系统。该系统可对真空助力器的输入输出特性、密封性、BA功能(紧急制动功能)、反应释放时间和空行程5大关键性能做全面检测。同时,引入了随动平衡理论,验证了加载速度对输入输出特性的影响并运用AMEsim仿真模型,分析了加载速度对助力比的影响,确定了助力器测试时的最佳加载速度。实验结果表明:该系统能精确的对真空助力器综合性能进行评判。
To solve the problem of the vacuum booster performance test equipment only can testing input/output characteristics and sealing at present, a comprehensive performance test system of BA function vacuum booster was designed. It can detect input/ output characteristics, sealing,emergency braking function, reaction release time and noneutting stroke these five key performances of vacuum booster,and filled the blank in the research of BA function vacuum booster testing equipment. To verify the influence of loading velocity on the input/output characteristics, dynamic balance theory was introduced. We analyzed the influence of the load- ing velocity on the power ratio,which was using AMEsim simulation model, and determined the best loading speed in the booster test. The test results show that the vacuum booster comprehensive performance can be evaluated very well.
