摘要
阈下抑郁为抑郁症新的亚范畴,女性及老年人发病率高,春分及秋冬前后为发病高峰。临床表现与中医"郁证"较相似,可将中医"郁证"特点与抑郁量表等自评量表相结合进行诊断,其治疗包括药物疗法和行为心理干预疗法。加强对阈下抑郁的监测,早发现、早诊断、早治疗,可改善患者预后。
Subthreshold depression as new sub category of depression,and disease incidence rate of women and the elderly is high,before and after the vernal equinox and winter is the peak incidence. Clinical manifestations are similar with TCM ＂ melancholia＂,and it can be diagnosed by characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine ＂ melancholia＂ and self rating scale such as depression scale. The treatments include drug therapy and psychological intervention therapy. Strengthen the monitoring of subthreshold depression,early discovery,early diagnosis and early treatment,which can improve the prognosis of the patients.
