共情护理对口腔颌面部肿瘤术后病人生活质量、希望水平影响的研究 被引量：17

Study on influence of empathic care on quality of life and hope level of patients after oral and maxillofacial tumor surgery

摘要 [目的]探讨共情护理对口腔颌面部肿瘤术后病人生活质量、希望水平的影响。[方法]将2010年1月—2013年1月在我院口腔颌面部外科行口腔颌面部肿瘤切除术病人120例随机分为观察组与对照组各60例,对照组给予常规基础护理,观察组在此基础上给予共情护理。8周后比较两组病人生活质量、希望水平。[结果]观察组病人的希望总分及各因子分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人的整体生活质量、角色功能、情绪功能及认知功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]共情护理能明显提高口腔颌面部肿瘤术后病人生活质量与希望水平。
