摘要
目的 了解荧光素钠注射液致不良反应（ADR）的特点及规律,为临床合理使用提供参考.方法 收集某院2012 年1 月～ 2013 年12 月荧光素钠注射液致ADR 的报告,并就ADR 的相关情况进行总结分析.结果 共收集荧光素钠注射液致ADR 84 例,不良反应发生率约为2.44%;多为消化系统及皮肤软组织损害,主要表现为恶心、呕吐、皮疹、瘙痒等;3 例导致住院的严重不良反应,经抢救脱离危险.结论 荧光素钠注射液是一种相对安全的药物,一般ADR 较轻微,但也存在发生严重ADR 的风险,临床对此应引起重视,做好预防工作,发生不良反应及时处理.
Objective To investigate the characteristics and features of adverse drug reactions（ ADRs）induced by Sodium fluorescein injection, andto provide references for rational drug use in clinic.Methods ADRs reports of Sodium fluorescein injection during Jan.2012 to Dec.2013 were collectedand analyzed.Results There were 84 cases ofADRs induced by Sodium fluorescein injection,the incidence rate of ADR is 2.44%, most of them were somelesion of gastrointestinal or skin and soft tissue injury,manifesting as nausea and vomiting, rash combinedwith itching.3 cases of serious ADRs lead tohospitalizationwere out of danger after rescue.Conclusions Sodium fluorescein injection is a relatively safe drug, ADRs are generally mild.However,severalserious ADRs may also occur, much attention should be paid for the purpose of a precaution and timely managing of ADRs.
