摘要
总结46例先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压患儿术前和术后的呼吸道管理。术前做好呼吸道管理,对患儿的家长进行健康宣教,术后预防呼吸机相关性肺炎,做好肺动脉高压危象的预防和护理。所有患儿顺利恢复。
This paper summarized the perioperative respiratory tract nursing for children with congenital heart disease and pulmonary hypertension. Preoperative care focused on respiratory tract care and health education to parents;postoperative care included prevention and treatment of ventilator-associated pneumonia and pulmonary hypertension crisis. As a result,all children recovered well.
