摘要
目的:观察脑心通胶囊治疗缺血性心肌病(ICM)合并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将182例ICM伴心功能不全患者随机分为对照组(91例)和治疗组(91例)。对照组应用ACEI、β-受体阻滞剂、洋地黄制剂、利尿剂等常规抗心力衰竭药物进行治疗,治疗组在常规治疗缺血性心肌病合并心力衰竭药物治疗基础上加用脑心通胶囊进行治疗。比较治疗组与对照组的总有效率,所有患者治疗前及治疗后6个月采用超声心动图评价心脏收缩功能的改善情况,监测24h心律失常情况。结果:治疗后6个月,两组临床疗效比较,总有效率、心律失常好转情况、治疗后左室舒张末期内径和左室射血分数效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗ICM合并心力衰竭的基础上加用脑心通胶囊明显改善患者心功能,提高生活质量,减少再住院率。
Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Naoxintong Capsule treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy （ICM） with heart failure. Methods：182 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy with heart failure were randomly divided into control group （91 cases） and treatment group （91 cases）. The control group used ACEI, β -blockers, digitalis preparations, diuretics and other conventional anti - heart failure drug. The treatment group used Naoxintong Capsule for treatment. The total effective rate in all patients before and 6 months after treatment by echocardiography evaluation of cardiac systolic function improvement and 24 hours arrhythmia were observed. Results： After 6 months of treatment, compared two groups＇ clinical curative effect, the total efficiency and the situation improved after the treatment. The left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ：The conventional treatment of ICM combined with the use of Naoxintong Capsule can improve the quality of life and reduce readmission rates.
