摘要
为保障战时人员与物资掩蔽、人民防空指挥、医疗救护及经济发展,某市拟建设某地下人商业项目。由于《人民防空工程设计防火规范》与《建筑设计防火规范》对地下商业的消防设计的有关规定存在一定的差距,本着安全、经济的原则,针对某地下人防商业建筑的特点,运用FDS、EVACNET4等软件,从火灾控制、防火分隔、人员疏散及消防系统等方面分析了其消防设计的难点及解决方案。
To ensure the personnel and supplies shelter,air defense command,medical rescue and economic development during the war,an underground civil commercial project was about to build.As there are difference between the provisions of Code for fire protection design of civil air defence works and Code of design on building fire protection and prevention on underground commercial building fire design,based on the principle of safety and economy,against the features of an underground civil air defence commercial building,and using FDS and EV-ACNET4,the fire safety design problems and solutions were analyzed in points of fire control,fire separation,evacuation and fire system,which can provide reference for the fire design of similar civil air defence commercial project.
