摘要
目前，我国就业情况和人才观的变化要求高职院校重视学生职业能力培养，特别是关键能力的培养；德国在职业教育方面积累了许多成功的经验，通过对德国双元制职业教育体系下关键能力的培养模式、培养方法以及考核标准和方法等方面的学习研究，得到了有关我国高职教育在关键能力培养方面的启示．
At present, the vocational colleges should pay more attention to the students＂ professional ability training, especially the ＂key ability＂ training, according to the changes of employment situation and talent view in our country. Germany has accumulated a lot of successful experience in vocational education. The author studies the training mode, training way and the assessment standard and method of the ＂key ability＂ in Germang ＂dual system of vocational education, and gets an enlightenment of the ＂key ability＂ training in China higher vocational education.
