摘要
针对陕西银矿13号矿体围岩破碎、易冒落现状,为确保下中段矿房回采时有安全可靠的工作顶板,充分回收资源,提出了人工假底方案。根据对假底应力应变状况的数值模拟分析,选择了稳定性好的垂直底板坡面线的人工斜底柱形式;根据造价对比分析,选择具经济优势的全粒级碎石混凝土作为斜底柱的浇筑材料。实践表明:在人工斜底柱自稳基础上,结合有效的综合控顶和地压管理措施,可以实现矿房的安全开采,降低矿石贫损指标,充分回收资源。
For the status that the wall rock in Shaanxi silver mine is broken and easy to take off ,in order to have a safe and secure work under the roof when mining stops and better recycle resources ,an artificial bottom program is proposed .Based on the analysis of force situation by the simulation of the artificial bottom , vertical floor slope line scheme which is more sta-bile is choose;concrete rubble pillar scheme of great economic advantage is selected by cost comparison .Practice shows that:On the basis of artificial ramp pillar ’ s stability, combined with effective integrated roof control and ground pressure management measures , the goals that the stope is safely mined , ore dilution and loss indicators are reduced and resources are adequately recycled can be achieved .
