摘要
目的分析晨间床边查房在急诊科护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取2013年4月-2014年4月本院收治的102例急诊科患者作为研究对象,实施晨间床边查房,比较查房前后的护理质量变化、患者满意率、护士病情知晓率、专科知识掌握率等。结果实施后的基础护理、一级护理、特级护理、总护理质量评分显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实施后的患者满意率、护士病情知晓率、专科知识掌握率显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在急诊科护理安全管理中应用晨间床边查房,有利于改善临床护理质量,提高护理满意程度。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of morning ward round bed in the nursing safety management of neurology department. Methods 102 cases of neurology department from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected as a research object.The morning ward round bed were implemented.The quality of care,patient satisfaction rate,the nurse disease awareness,the rate of specialized knowledge were compared. Results The scores of basic nursing,grade one nursing,intensive care,the total quality of care post-implementation were higher than that of before implementation,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The patient satisfaction rate,the nurse disease awareness,the rate of specialized knowledge post-implementation were higher than that of before implementation,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ap-plication of morning bedside rounds in nursing safety management in emergency department,is conducive to improving the quality of clinical nursing and improve nursing satisfaction.
