Nursing care of a low birth weight infant with sepsis undergoing continue bload purification

摘要 总结了1例低体重儿脓毒症行持续血液净化治疗的护理。在血液净化过程中,对患儿低体温、静脉通路的维护、出凝血时间、血压等情况进行充分评估,采取红外线辐射台维持体温、单针静脉导管留置、肝素全身抗凝、血浆预冲管路等方法,取得良好效果。
