中美食品安全监管对比研究

Comparison of food safety supervision between China and USA:A literature review

摘要 近年来,对国家食品安全监管的关注增多。中美食品安全监管体系的对比,可以帮助找到差异性,并全面客观地改革中国的食品安全监管体系。文章对国内研究者在这一领域的研究进行了综述,在食品立法、食品控制管理、食品日常监管服务、食品安全监管数据库以及信息、教育、交流和培训这五个方面分别进行总结回顾,以期系统分析中美在食品安全监管方面的做法,并在此基础上提出了进一步研究的空间。 Food safety incidents have been increasing recently around the world, thus much more attention has been paid to food safety control. American tood safety control has been recognized worthy of following worldwide. Therefore, the comparison of food safety control systems between China and USA may give us hints on the reform of our country through analyzing the differences. The present research reviewed the literatures in this field from five respects: Food Law and Regulations, Food Control Management, Inspection Services, Laboratory Services: Food monitoring and Epidemiological Data and Information, education, communication and training, in order to systematically sum up the strategies adopted by the two countries. Finally the present study advised on the further research.
