摘要 [目的]研究Vitapex糊剂根尖诱导成形术对诱导年轻恒牙根尖发育的作用.[方法]用Vitapex糊剂对175颗年轻恒患牙进行根尖诱导成形术,随访观察患牙牙根尖组织修复、牙根继续发育、牙根长度变化、根管或根尖孔等情况,判断Vitapex糊剂根尖诱导形成术的治疗成效;并附1典型病案图片.[结果] 170颗年轻恒患牙治疗有效,5颗无效,成功率97.1%.根尖发育完成所需时间为6~24个月.[结论]Vitapex糊剂根尖诱导成形术在诱导年轻恒患牙根尖发育治疗中是一种可靠有效的方法. [Objective]To study the function of Vitapex cataplasm induction-plasty on inducing young permanent teeth growth.[Method]Make apex induction-plasty with Vitapex cataplasm on 175 young permanent diseased teeth,follow up and observe the conditions of diseased teeth apex tissue repair,continual teeth root growth,teeth root length change,root tube and apex hole,etc,and attach a classical case picture,to judge the treating effect of Vitapex cataplasma apex induction-plasty.[Result] 170 teeth were effective,5 had no effect,the success rate was 97.1%; the teeth apex growth needed 6~24m.[Conclusion] Vitapex cataplasm apex induction-plasty is a reliable and effective method for inducing young diseased permanent teeth apex growth.
