摘要
简述了移动电子商务消费者个人信息的内涵。对该领域个人信息安全存在的问题及原因进行剖析,指出存在着非法搜集个人信息、非法利用和泄露个人信息、非法使用他人移动终端设备等问题,其主要原因是个人信息安全意识薄弱、商业利益驱使、法律法规不健全、病毒和黑客的威胁、无线通信网络不稳定性、移动终端自身特点、相关职业人员的道德风险等。就如何保护移动电子商务消费者个人信息安全提出建议。
The paper briefly introduces the connotation of consumer personal information in mobile e-commerce,and analyzes the problems and reasons of consumer personal information security in mobile e-commerce.It points out that existing questions are illegal collection of personal information,illegal utilization and leakage ofpersonal information,illegal use of others’ mobile terminal device,and main reasons are weak awareness of personal information security,commercial interest’s impelling,imperfect laws and regulations,threats from virus and hacker,instability of wireless communication network,own characteristics of mobile terminal,and moral hazard of related occupational staff.And it proposes for protecting consumer personal information security in mobile e-commerce.
