摘要
实验室安全与环保工作一直是高校科研和教学的重点,由于长期以来重视不够,高校实验室中安全与环境保护存在诸多问题:线路老化、用电过载、接地不良和静电危害等用电安全隐患;布局不合理、无实验环境文化和仪器设备排放不科学造成的环境安全隐患;化学药品取用、保管不当以及化学气体泄漏造成的化学药品安全隐患;由于废气、废液、固体废弃物和放射性形成的实验室环保问题。因此认识高校实验室中存在的各种不同安全隐患,需完善实验室安全制度、加强实验室日常管理、落实实验室的责任制、增强师生的实验安全和环保意识等方面,提出合理规划实验室布局,实验安全和环保制度与实验室安全和环保教育相结合,以及落实实验室安全和环保责任制的多重机制,确保高校实验室的安全和环保的运转。
Laboratory safety and environmental protection are the emphasis of scientific research and teaching in colleges and universities.Through the analysis of electricity risks,environmental and chemical risks,and environmental protection risks in the university laboratory,the multiple mechanisms should be established to insure the university laboratory work safely and environmentally by improving the laboratory safety system,strengthening laboratory daily management,implementing the responsibility system of laboratory,enhancing teachers and students＇ experiment safety and environmental protection consciousness.
