摘要
随着白内障超声乳化技术及人工晶体植入术的发展与成熟,良好的功能性视觉已成为更多患者及临床工作者的追求。球面像差一直是传统人工晶体影响视觉功能的主要因素之一。近年来,波前像差技术的应用越来越广,在一定程度上促进了非球面人工晶体的研究与应用。非球面人工晶体的主要优势是能减少晶体的球面像差,改善白内障患者的功能性视觉。该文就非球面人工晶体的设计、分类、临床应用进行分析,并对目前所存在的问题与展望进行讨论。
With the progress of the technology of cataract surgery and intraocular lens(IOL)implantation,better functional vision is becoming more demanding for both patients and surgeons than before.Spherical aberration of the traditional intraocular lens has always been one of the main factors that influence the visual function.Recent years,the wavefront aberration technology has been widely applied and promoted the research and application of aspheric intraocular lens.Aspheric IOL can significantly reduce the spherical aberration,and improve the functional vision of the cataract patients.Here is to make a review of the design,classification,clinical application of the aspheric intraocular lens and discuss the existing problems and prospect.
