摘要
目的建立十六味桃红丸的微生物限度检查方法。方法通过5种阳性对照菌回收率试验,采用薄膜过滤法消除其抑菌作用。结果回收率试验结果表明,十六味桃红丸对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌作用强,对白色念珠菌和黑曲霉菌无抑制作用。结论所建立的方法适用于十六味桃红丸微生物限度检查和控制菌检查。
Objective To establish a method for detecting the microbial limit of Shiliuwei Pink Pills. Methods The membrane filtration method was adopted to eliminate the bacteriostatic effect by means of the recovery rate test for the 5 kinds of positive control bacteria. Results The result of the recovery rate test showed that Shiliuwei Pink Pills had strong inhibition effect on Staphylococcus aureus and no inhibition effect on Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger. Conclusion The established method is suitable for the microbial limit test and the control bacterial test for Shiliuwei Pink Pills.
