浙江省舟山医院997例就诊的女性宫颈炎患者人乳头瘤病毒感染状况及其基因型分布 被引量:13

摘要 目的调查浙江省舟山医院就诊的女性宫颈炎患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检出率及基因型分布,为本地女性HPV感染控制提供基础数据。方法采用流式荧光杂交技术检测女性宫颈炎患者的宫颈脱落细胞样本HPV并进行基因分型。结果 997例宫颈炎受检者中,HPV DNA阳性者220例,HPV检出率为22.1%(220/997)。高危型、低危型和多重HPV检出率分别为13.8%(138/997)、0.4%(4/997)和7.8%(78/997)。共检出19种HPV基因型。高危型HPV检出率居前5位的基因型依次是HPV 52型占8.4%(84/997)、58型4.9%(49/997)、16型3.3%(33/997)、18型2.2%(22/997)和33型1.9%(19/997);低危型HPV检出率最高的亚型是HPV 6型1.6%(16/997)。不同年龄组人群HPV检出率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),以31~40岁年龄组HPV检出率最高,为8.1%(81/997)。结论舟山海岛地区HPV感染在基因型及年龄分布上具有一定的特点,与其他地区存在差异。 Objective To understand the infection status and genotype distribution of human papilloma virus(HPV) in women with cervicitis in Zhoushan hospital and provide evidence for the prevention and control of HPV infection among local women. Methods Cervical exfoliated cell samples were collected from 997 women with cervicitis in Zhoushan hospital and the distribution of the HPV genotype were tested with flow fluorescence hybridization technique. Results Among the 997 women,220 were detected to be HPV positive(22. 0%). The detection rates of high risk genotypes,low risk genotypes and co infections were 13. 8%(138 /997),0. 4%(4 /997) and 7. 8%(78 /997),respectively.Nineteen HPV genotypes were detected among all the cases,The top five high risk genotypes were HPV52,accounting for 8. 4%(84 /997),HPV58,accounting for 4. 9%(49 /997),HPV16,accounting for 3. 3%(33 /997),HPV18,accounting for 2. 2%(22 /997) and HPV33,accounting for 1. 9%(19 /997) and the detection rate of low risk genotype HPV6 was highest(1. 6%,16 /997). Signal genotype infection was found in 14. 2% of the women(142 /997) and multi genotype infection was found in 7. 8% of the women( 78 /997). The prevalence of HPV infection varied significantly with age,the prevalence in age group 31- 40 years was highest(8. 1%,81 /997). Conclusion Genotype and age specific differences in HPV infection were found in Zhoushan compared with other areas.
