摘要
本文以中国知识产权局收录的2012年度国内专利实施许可合同备案登记信息作为样本数据,采用社会网络分析及可视化方法,通过构建专利许可关系网络,对我国专利技术转移现状及其模式与规律进行直观展示和计量分析。研究发现:在现有的技术转移活动当中,企业发挥着主导性作用,个人(非职务发明)是专利技术输出的首要来源,而高校的参与程度相对较低。技术转移以社会关系为纽带,包含亲缘型、地缘型、业缘型三种典型模式。总的来说,国内专利技术转移尚处于初级发展阶段,技术转移程度较低,技术转移模式有待优化,尤其需要加强产学研合作与交流。
Taking the patent licensing information indexed in SIPO in 2012 as the sample, with the methods of Social Network Analysis and Visualization, this paper has constructed the network of patent licensing relationship and demonstrated the present situation of technology transfer in China, as well as revealed its patterns and laws. It has found that interpreter plays the leading role in technology transferand personal non-service invention is the primary source of patent output. Taking social relationship asmain links, technology transfer contains three typical modes of kinship, geographical and industry predestined relationship. Generally, China's technology transfer is still in the early stage that needs to be enhanced and optimized, especially for industry-university-academy cooperation.
