某雷达高频接收机综合测试设备的设计与实现

摘要 针对某雷达高频接收机系统修理过程中存在的工作效率低、检测结果的准确性难以保证等问题,结合对当今测试系统理论和技术的研究,构建了一套基于GPIB总线和Agilent仪器的综合测试设备,并在工厂装备修理中得到应用检验。借助于该设备,可大大提高接收机系统检测的准确性,缩短装备修理周期,提高工作效率。 Aiming at the problems that existed in the repair process of certain radar' s high-frequency re- ceiver, such as low work efficiency, not guaranteed accuracy of detection results, an integrated detection equipment was established based on GPIB bus and instruments produced by Agilent Co.. The equipment has been applied in a factory to guarantee weapon equipment' s maintenance and support. With the help of the equipment, the accuracy of fault detection of receiver system was improved greatly, repair duration of radar equipment was shortened, and work efficiency was raised, too.
