摘要
以备战第30届夏季奥运会(2012,英国·伦敦)过程中中国女子曲棍球队的体能训练为研究对象,建立了体能训练系统,把备战过程划分为3个大周期,每个大周期又划分为"身体基本运动功能训练周期"、"一般运动功能训练周期"和"专项运动功能训练周期"3个中周期,在每个中周期中有其明确的体能训练目标,在训练安排比例上有所侧重。通过长达19个月的系统实施,应用功能性体能训练的理念与方法,全面提高运动员场地体能测试的成绩,在身体基本功能性动作筛查(FMS)、起动速度、速度、灵敏性、功能性力量、无氧耐力几个方面都得到明显提高(P<0.01)。
Functional training of the Chinese female hockey team was studied during the preparation for 2012 London Olympic Games,and a functional training method system specified for elite female hockey players was constructed.The preparation period was divided into three macro-cycles,and each macro-cycle was divided into three micro-cycles:basic physical function development,general motion function development and specific function development.Each micro-cycle had specific training goals and different emphases.After 19 months of systematic implementation,the athletes' court physical fitness test results were comprehensively improved,and the Functional Movement Screen(FMS)score,starting velocity,speed,agility,functional strength,anaerobic endurance have been significantly increased(P〈0.01).
