摘要
可及性是海上风电机组运行维护的关键因素之一。构建了考虑可及性的海上风机综合维护策略模型。首先采用马尔科夫法描述风速等,进而分析风速、维护持续时间对可及窗口等待时间的影响。考虑到海上恶劣气候条件易导致风机故障率不稳定,构建截尾数据下威布尔比例失效模型描述风机故障,结合状态检修的采集数据绘制状态检修阈值曲线。同时以海上风机总维护费用最小、可靠度最大为目标优化维护策略,得到最优的预防性更换周期和非等周期不完全维护的时间间隔。最后,以某海上风机为例,验证了该维护策略的正确性和有效性。
Accessibility is one of key factors related to the operation and maintenance of offshore wind turbine generation units.A model of maintenance strategy for offshore wind turbines,in which the accessibility is taken into account,is constructed.Firstly,the weather condition such as wind speed and so on is described by Markov chain model,and the influences of the wind speed and the duration of maintenance on the waiting time of accessible window are further analyzed.Considering the fact that adverse offshore weather conditions more likely lead to instable failure rate of wind turbines,a censored data based Weibull proportional hazards model(WPHM) is constructed to describe wind turbine failures,and combining with acquired condition based maintenance(CBM) data the CBM threshold curve is plotted.Meanwhile,taking the minimum overall maintenance cost and the maximum reliability of offshore wind turbines as objectives of the optimized maintenance strategy,the optimal preventive replacement cycle and the time intervals of unequal periodic incomplete maintenance can be obtained.Finally,taking a certain offshore wind farm as the case,the correctness and the availability of the proposed maintenance strategy are validated.
