改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的：探讨改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的效果。方法：早期乳腺癌患者50例根据干预方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各25例，对照组采用传统全切除乳房原发灶治疗，治疗组采用改良根治术治疗。结果：术后随访1年，治疗组的生存率为96．0％，对照组为92．0％，2组的生存率对比差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。治疗组的皮缘坏死、切口感染、上肢淋巴性水肿和上臂感觉障碍等并发症总体发生率明显少于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌能有效降低并发症的发生，值得推广应用。
